For the Instruction of Young Ladies was presented at the Rose Art Museum at Brandeis University in a group exhibition Allusion/Dimension curated by Susan Stoops. examines the history of education for women as a method of socialization rather than as a means of acquiring knowledge. The vocabulary of the installation - samplers, slates, books, and pencils speaks to the on-going agenda for women's roles in America.
